Return Policy


  1. 7-Days Cooling-Off Period

If you aren’t satisfied with our product, or it doesn’t suit your style you can return it.

Email service@lemeng.com.tw or call (02) 8521-2105 to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please provide:Name, Order Number, Phone Number, Product's NameFeedback on the product, and your reasons for returning it.A refund will be issued only if the return has been initiated within 7 days of receiving the product and completed following all return instructions, including:Item must be in like new condition, operational, in original packaging and including any accessories.

  1. Return Notice

    1. Returned items must be unused and free from any damage or malfunction caused by human error. Please ensure to keep the original packaging, including the cable. Failure to do so may result in the return not being accepted.

    2. The following situations are not eligible for returns:

  • Products beyond the 7-day period.

  • Products that have been opened or used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damages, wear and tear, scratches, or dirt.

  • Returns with incomplete or damaged packaging, missing invoices, or accessories.

  • Malicious or excessive returns.

  1. Return Process

Contact the customer service → Confirm that the goods can be returned → Prepare the complete product and invoice → Provide the collection time and contact information, address → We will send logistics to pick the product.


  1. Refund Instructions

    1. Paid by Credit Card / Mobile Payment : After confirming that the return is successful, the payment will be directly refunded to the original credit card account / payment.

    2. Cash on delivery:After confirming the return is successful, the refund fee will be transferred to the bank account you provided.

  2. Exchange Notes

The replacement product must be unused and free from damage or failure caused by non-human defects; please keep the complete original packaging (including the cable), otherwise the replacement will not be accepted.

  1. Exchange Process

When we agree to exchange the product, please return the original order and place a new order in the store. We will only send you an invoice for the difference and charge or refund the fees; if there is no difference we will not need to deal with it separately.
